For Iran was a 3 hour live arena broadcast featuring many luminaries, including the Prime Minister of Canada and the Premier of Ontario, waiting to take the stage to show solidarity with the people of Iran. We had a central role in the production, not only as the AV partner but as the behind the scenes show runners ensuring flawless execution.
For any event being broadcast, coordination of the different teams, stakeholders and speakers is the biggest challenge. Timing and precision is everything. We worked closely with the broadcast crew and local labour union, scheduling and directing the action behind the scenes, so what showed up on screen was a seamless professional-grade broadcast.
There are no second chances in broadcast, so by the day of the event, our team was a well-oiled machine. Throughout the discovery and design process, we remained in constant contact with the team at Tirgan including meeting 3 times a week in the month running up to the show. Our team set up a massive arena-style broadcast package with staging, lighting, audio, and video and were completely torn down and out of the venue a mere 20 hours later.
