Toronto's biggest influencers in food and drink were invited to an exclusive event by Diego and Trevor Peter Communications that paired food with limited edition whiskies in an immersive light and video environment.
The visual concept for this event was that it would be alive with seamless video that wrapped around the entire dining area. Video walls would have blown out the budget—and the backs of our team lugging them up several flights of stairs. We elected to cast 5 super-bright laser projectors, mounted high above the action, to create the immersive effect.
Attendees of the dinner entered a world that engaged all of the senses. Five food courses were brought out, one for each special release whisky. And for each course, a unique video environment was created on the walls, which were custom built for the event.
