After a string of growing conferences were interrupted by COVID, the Clio Cloud Conference returned bigger and better than ever with thousands of legal professionals descending on one of North America's premiere conference centres.
The Clio Cloud Conference is a large multi-day event, with complex logistics made all the more complicated when you factor moving your team, equipment and four tractor trailers packed to the brim across 1,200 km and the US-Canada border. With these challenges in mind, we coordinated with the facility team and our clients at Clio to put in place a plan with multiple contingencies ensuring everything arrived on time and in good shape.
As Clio has grown, so have their conference needs. The 2022 conference featured multiple breakout rooms and workshops alongside the main stage, all of which were wired to stream speakers online for remote attendees. Throughout the massive Gaylord Opryland, we provided supplemental screen and audio installations which played conference content so no matter where attendees were, they were always in the loop.
